Developers are sitting on a goldmine with Lovecraft, yet the only ones making games are the ones who hate Lovecraft. A Lovecraft game should NOT feel like it was written by Taika Waititi on crack. The developers felt the need to "modernize" it with cringe inserted current day stuff like internet, phones, etc. As if that weren't enough, the game DOESN'T take place in late 19th century, early 20th century, AS YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A LOVECRAFT GAME. I swear, the way these people talk you'd think Lovecraft had slaves in the basement which he whipped every day while wearing a klan mask.
